Great place to stay. Clean and Owner is pro active in making sure place is kept up. Had water leak and he had someone on it within the hour.

The owner does just enough to get by. We have had the hallway flooded from defective laundry equipment (half of the washers/dryers don't even work). ZERO maintenance is done so small items needing repair are compounding and commonplace. There are no amenities at the building with the exception of satellite that is the most basic package available. The internet is almost non existent in the building and will leave you longing for the days of dial up. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dump at all costs. There is a reason this entire town is being slowly abandoned, and what remains is being bought by this slum lord.
